DC Inverter Air Conditioner and Full DC Inverter Air Conditioner are two different types of air conditioning technology, and there are some differences in the way they are powered and how they work.
DC Inverter Air Conditioner (DC Inverter Air Conditioner): DC Inverter Air Conditioners use an AC power supply, but a DC inverter is added between the indoor unit and the outdoor unit. This inverter converts AC power to DC power and adjusts the frequency and voltage of the DC power through an inverter regulator to control the compressor's operating speed. This adjusts the speed of the refrigerant cycle for precise temperature control and effective energy savings.
Full DC Inverter Air Conditioner (Full DC Inverter Air Conditioner): Full DC Inverter Air Conditioner uses DC power supply to supply electricity, and all components from the outdoor unit to the indoor unit use DC power. In a Full DC Inverter Air Conditioner system, DC power is transferred between the indoor unit and the outdoor unit, including the DC voltage regulator, the DC voltage inverter, and the DC voltage driven compressor. This design converts electricity more efficiently, reduces energy loss, and provides more precise temperature control and faster cooling and heating.
Overall, the difference is in the way the power is supplied and the type of current used in the system. DC inverter air conditioners use an AC power source but add a DC inverter to the system, while full DC inverter air conditioners use a direct DC power source. Full DC inverter air conditioners may be superior in terms of energy efficiency and control accuracy compared to DC inverter air conditioners, but they are also more expensive. Which type of air conditioner to choose depends on individual needs, budget and the importance of energy efficiency.
